  Description: The Upcounty Regional Services Center is a full-service center with something for everyone in the community, including recreation and parks offices, health and human service agencies, a day care center, and regional offices of the Montgomery County Public Schools. In order to promote tourism, the Montgomery County Conference and Visitors Bureau is strategically located in the Center, along with the Germantown Chamber of Commerce. Over 3,500 people a day visit the Center, which translates to over 1,000,000 people a year. The Center also averages 150 meetings per month in its four meeting rooms that are available for public use. The Center is open six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Monday through Friday, the Center is open from 7:45 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

  Description: The Circuit Court's primary function is adjudication of criminal and civil cases. The Court conducts hearings, court trials, and jury trials for civil, criminal, and support cases and provides public information services for criminal and civil case loads.
